Term

If we find any Member indulged in such activities, it has the
undisputable right to take appropriate legal action.
Member Disputes
Members are solely responsible for their interactions with Other Members
or Agents/Owners/Builders of the Site. We reserves the right, but has no
binding obligation, to settle any Disputes between Members.
Proprietary Rights
The Site owns and retains all Proprietary Rights for all the Services
provided in the Site. The Site contains Copyrights, Trademarks, and
Other Proprietary Information of Us. Members should not Copy / Publish
or Sell any such Proprietary Information.
Disclaimers
This site does not own responsibility for any Incorrect / Inaccurate
Content posted on the Site. The same applies to the mal-functioning of
the Services provided by the Site which may have been caused by the
Users / Members / any of the Equipment / Programming associated with /
utilized in the Service.
Exchange of Profile's/Documents/scanned notes through / by the Site
should not in any way be construed as our Offer / Recommendation from /
by the Site.
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual,
arising out of / subsequent to, Relations established pursuant to the
use of this Site.
Limitation on Liability
We will not be liable to Members under any circumstances for any damages
which may even be monetary.
Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify the site, from any loss / liability / claim
/demand including reasonable Attorney Fees, made by any Outsider, due to
/ arising out of, their Use of the Site in violation of this Agreement.
