From a nascent beginning in 1997,
Pratham has carved a niche in the real estate
scenario in Vadodara under Mr. J Sanghvi. An IIT
graduate, he has brought his vast experience working
as Directors Operations for Sun Pharmaceutical to
Pratham. With him comes professionalism and
efficiency to Pratham. Forward thinking and planning
is the mainstay of Pratham.
With a core team of technocrats and professionals,
Pratham created a benchmark in the field of
construction with our first project ‘Pratham’ – A
premium high-rise Apartment and Commercial project
located at Vasna, Vadodara. Pratham Enclave, a
residential project, followed this. At present
commercial project Pratham Plaza, and residential
projects Pratham Avenue and Pratham Vatika are
underway at different stages of completion across
Vadodara.
